since when shall colleges begin offline in Maharashtra

The whole country is facing the corona crisis, and the number of cases are increasing rapidly, so on seeing the current situation, it is hard to predict when the Colleges while reopen in Maharashtra, for now online classes are only best and safest way, so for now we cannot predict when the Colleges will reopen, but can ensure that once the vaccine will be available, only then there is a chance of reopening of colleges.
