You can get admission in your home state medical colleges(private). In fact, you are eligible for almost all of them. For the fees part, this is very relative and every college has a very different fee structure depending upon their education quality and the services they provide. In general, the fees of such medical colleges could be anywhere between 5 lakhs and 10 lakhs per annum.

Hostel charges may or may not include in the above-mentioned fee.
