Dear Rakesh, 500 is a decent score but little less for Bihar GMCs. Under State Quota in 2018,  533 marks secured seats in 3 different Government Medical Colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released to weigh in your options. Meanwhile, please visit our page to check the cut offs of various colleges under General Category:

Hello
Below is list of government medical colleges in Bihar with marks required in neet last year for general category under state quota :-
Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya:- 533
Government Medical College, Bettiah:- 534
Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna:- 536
Patna Medical College, Patna:- 552
As you can see above,  that 500 marks is not sufficient for getting a seat in Government Medical College, so unluckily you will not get a seat.
thankyou
Please feel free to ask your further queries if any.

hello rakesh!!
with a score of 500 in neet ug 2019 and from general category in bihar state domicile, you would not be getting any medical colleges as the previous year's cutoffs were higher than 530.i am sorry to inform you that.

but however they are based on previous years cutoff and trends.lets hope for the best to happen to us.

Please see for cutoff details :

Hello,

Your chance of getting a government medical college at All Indian Quota is quite low but you do chance of getting giverent medical college under state quota and also you have domicile of bihar.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state, category, etc

Use our neet college predictor from the below link:

I hope this helps.
