Sir any student HS completed 2016 and then he eligible for Jee main NTA 2019? He is the first attempt JEE MAIN 2019? He can apply or not?

Droppers can apply but only 3 attempts are allowed.

For admission in IITs,  NITs and other famous institutes, candidate should have at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or should be in top 20 %ile.

For SC/ST candidates qualifying marks is 65%.
