See its not  available like a single degree like B. Tech ( ECE). 

Its mainly studied in masters degree and its not studied alone as a course its much more linked to computer science and engineering and machine learning. 

But if you are really serious towards this line then you can opt for B. VOC. in machine learning and AI skills and then DO your masters in this line.

Artificial Intelligence degrees have historically been master's level degrees and offered only as a specialization or concentration of another degree. They have existed in university departments of engineering, mathematics, computer science, and computer engineering. As far as the base is concerned, there are only courses, but not colleges in artificial intelligence.
