Dear Sandeep, you cannot change your Category details in middle of counselling. If you have chosen your Category to be General Category, then you will have to attend subsequent rounds of counselling under General Category alone. But you cannot chamge your Categories in different rounds though you are eligible for it. Your one chance to select EWS as your Category was during the last week of May when the correction window opened.

If you have not applied ews certificate in the  application then you will  not be considered under ews category and in second round you can't change you category as they don't provide you any option to change the category. 

Some dates were given by neet to change category if you have entered something wrong you should did that I  that  time period.
