Dear Aishwarya, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 532
SC: 379
ST: 301
So with 320 marks unless you are from ST Category, you cannot get a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
