You cannot any medical/dental college be it government or private , not even for BVSc i. e veterinary through neet

This is because,

With your marks , you have failed to qualify Neet examination  but  in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVsc i. e Veterinary ( all india quota seats of bvsc as some states like Rajasthan have their own state level entrance examination for state quota bvsc seats)    you must qualify Neet examination
