Sir can I get good government engineering college my 55 marks in jee main and 61% marks in 12th I belongs to obc category

hai.
as you know it is a very competitive examination and this marks is very low to get any good government engineering college even if you belongs to obc. for jee even obc cutoffs are near to that of a general category student.
