The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) conducts counselling and admission of all the JEE Main qualified candidates in participating NITs, IIITs and CFTIs will be conducted separately. The admission process of CSAB 2019 are for institutes which fall under category of NEUT (for North-Eastern States and Union Territories), SFTI (Self Financed Technical Institutes) and UT (Supernumerary Seats for Union Territories). 

As far your state is concerned you might be eligible for SFTI category and the eligibility criteria is as follows:   Candidates must have qualified in Paper 1 of JEE Main 2019They should have passed their class XII qualifying exam with minimum 45% aggregate marks (General category) or 40% marks (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ PwD category). They must have obtained qualifying marks in their respective class XII boards in each of the following subjects - Physics, Mathematics, any one of these subjects (Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology or Technical Vocational Subject), any one language and any one other subject.
