Well it depends highly on which college or university you want to join. In some colleges the minimummrequirement is atleast 60% in your undergraduation as well as entrance marks. One of the best places for msc is JNU where Selection by All India Level Combined Open Entrance Examination conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi for all the participating Universities in India.

Application forms will be available from the office from the last week of February every year.
