Supreme Court has removed the cap from CLAT age limit.Finally, CLAT authorities have made the necessary changes and now a student above 20 years in case of general category and 22 years in case of reserved categories are eligible for Common Law Aptitude Test- CLAT.Yes! a stay order has been passed by Supreme court on the Bar Council of India’s-BCI notification, which stated that the students above 20 years of age are not qualified for seeking admission to the five-year integrated law courses.
