For theoretical part you can go for dc Pandey it will provide you base for advance questions solve hc Verma as level of question in that is sufficient

Both books are good for jee preparation. But if you want me to choose one then I would choose hc verma over dc pandey.. The reason is you will come across more challenging problems in hc verma compared to DC pandey..

Mam but I hearing that the HC Verma did not contain some topics who gave in NCERT textbook please solve my confusion

Yeah.. True some topics are not present... That you need to refer in some other books like NCERT.. rest are good in HC Verma
