Yes forensic science have good scope in India.  If you have a desire to learn forensic science then obviously it will make a best career out of you  . If you do masters in forensic science then you can get a package starting from Rs. 6 lakhs per annum . But your job will not be that easy , you will have to work more harder than your salary package . Mostly you will get jobs in government sectors.  As of right now India is facing shortage in forensic scientist, so you can have a better position in job . But your mental and physical capability should be good in this field.

Yes, ofcourse forensic science has alot of scope in India as well as abroad.

Forensic science is used every around the world to protect public health, to enforce criminal laws and regulations and to resolve civil disputes.

The scope of forensic science study is vast. You can get jobs in various governments & private sectors. The study will improve your skills and knowledge. After completing your degree, you can open your own forensic practice & forensic service offices. You also may employ in Forensic Laboratories, Detective Offices, Banks and other Govt. and private agencies.

There are endless opportunities in this field because of unlimited crimes in the world is happening. So, the job opportunities in the field of forensic science are also endless. You can get a job in everywhere in India or in overseas.

major chunk of trained forensic scientists are hired by the Intelligence Bureau (IB), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), etc. Another interesting career, rather the most attractive option for forensic scientists is teaching in institutes which impart education in forensic science.
