hello aspirant,
As of now its tough to say what could be the cutoff for colleges because the cutoff changes every year due to many factors like difficulty level of paper, total students appearing for exam etc.however based on previous year analysis,we can fix a boundary of cutoff for particular colleges. You need minimum of 96-97+percentile which is 115-120+marks according to https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile/amp .but keep a high target is very important because we don't know how the cutoff changes every year.if it rises the high scored students would be benefited because it doesn't affect them.so having a target above 98-99+is suggestible and it's around 180+for more information you can refer to https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-top-gftis/amp
