Good to know about your High aspirations and I wish you luck for the same . The national eligibility entrance test or NEET is sedulded to be conducted on 5th of may 2019 . As per your query , you have your papers in the month of July . Unless your clear your compartmental maths paper , you don't make yourself eligible to get admitted into any medical college . You can however write the entrance exam . Only after passing 12th with a minimum aggregate 50% for general and 45% for reserved category you can sit for the counselling process . I would like to bring the criteria for eligibility of candidates for appearing NEET

• The candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from any recognised board .
  
• Physics , chemistry , biology and English are the compulsory subjects the candidate should have in the qualifying exam .
  
• Candidate should have obtained 50% marks (general) and 45% (reserved category) .in PCB stream .
• Candidates applying for the qualifying exam can also appear .
  
• The minimum age limit is 17 years of age .i.e. born before 31.2.2002 .

So , you can fill the entrance form and appear for the entrance exam . But before you sit for the counseling (incase you secure sufficient qualifying marks ) you will have to clear your compartmental paper .

Here am providing you some important dates which would be helpful

• Hall ticket releases from - April 15 ,2019
• Neet exam date - may 5 ,2019
• Result declaration - June 5 , 2019
• Commencement of counselling - June 13 onwards .

NEET will arm you to India's top most medical colleges for your ug program . From the last year , other fields like ayurvedic , homeopathy , nursing , veterinary etc. Have come under this common entrance test . Incase you don't secure enough marks for medical , you can even get admission to India's top veterinary or homeopathy colleges . The entrance takes into account all those private and medical colleges , ranging to 56000 seats approx .

actually i am not able to understand what private mean here. for the neet exam you have 12th certificate with a percentage of 50% in the pcb and english. if you fullfill this term than you can get a seat in neet.
