Hello Student

You have 45% locomotory disability in your right hand but your right hand is functional  in every step without taking any help of others so as it is functional there will be no barier for taking the course of NEET UG exam. As there is 70% leverage is permissible for appearing the NEET UG exam then your case is no issue for eligibility for appearing NEET UG exam or  there is no disqualification for yourself to appear in the NEET UG exam. But you have to fulfill the age criteria, educational criteria, that is for general category students 50% marks in 12th science with physics chemistry, biology and English. The candidate should have attained the age of 17 in the 31st December of the appearing year for NEET UG exam.

This will help.
