Hello Niranjan, You need to score above 125 in order to get into one of the AIIMS colleges because in 2018 the closing rank for the last admitted student for general category was 1352 which is about 125 marks in AIIMS. But the cutoff trend keeps changing each year so you should aim for more marks like 130 which will guarantee you a seat.
