You said you haven't attempted a exam due to attendance storage in 3rd year.Then,you would have passed the backlog subject in supply.

.

If you are passed with no subjects remaining in backlog, there's no problem to start a new education career and with writing exams.

I think there's no admission if there's a backlog subject.If there's a admission even for backlog subject,

Don't worry you won't get a problem in writing exams.You can go with your exams without any problem.
