If you belong to Assam and you have studied in Assam from 7th to 12th from the Schools of Assam, you are eligible for Assam State Counseling. Even though you have studied your 11th and 12th else where, by the virtue of having the PRC and domicile certificate of Assam, you are eligible for participating in Assam State Counselling.
