If you're a DELHI candidate, the common rank list (CRL) upto which you can get admission in DTU as an OBC-NCL category student is 177k
However, if you are an outside Delhi candidate, you have to get a CRL of around 20,000 as an OBC-NCL candidate to get admission in Delhi Technical University. All the best.
Please specify the region you belong to that is whether you are a delhi region candidate or not. If you are a delhi region candidate then the cut offs go to as low as 1.3 lakhs(general rank) for the lowest branch that is around 88-90 percentile. And for outside delhi region it is around 32-35 thousand rank that is around 96-97 percentile.
