For NDA exam you need to have passed 12th standard since you are in 11th standard only you are not eligible to give exam, if you give exam you wouldn't be considered for selection as you have not passed your 12th standard.

For NDA, eligibility criteria is: a student must passed class 12th or may be in class 12th. Since you are in class 11th, you can give the exam by your own choice but its result will not be considered. For proper consideration of result you should give NDA exams next year.

Yes, you can appear for the exam but you won't be considered eligible for the selection even if you clear the exam because the eligibility criteria includes only those candidates who are appearing for class 12th or have completed class 12th. But there is no harm in testing your skills so I would suggest you to attempt the exam so that you will get a clear idea of the difficulty level of the process and then you can prepare yourself for the future.
