Yes, With a score of 601 you can procure a seat in Patna Medical Ccollege, Patna. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But no worries!  Last year, a score of 552 got a seat in that college under the state quota for general category and a score of 579 got a seat in the college under all India quota in general category. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats.
