It naybe because Verification for Mobile Number has been relaxed dueto last minute rush.
Also make sure uou enter correct mobile numbers and OTP will be sent on that numbers. Also dont add GATe messages in Blocklist else you may not receive it.
Verification will be done in GOAPs Login Method.
