As you've mentioned that you've scored 92.3 percentile in January JEE main examination and also belong to SC category then considering both the factors you're eligible to get top NITs, DTU, NSIT and many other GFTIs.

As your rank is quite low you would be able to get admission in all the above mentioned college but there might arise a situation where you won't get top branch like CS as it demands rank even lower than yours.
