Hello,
NMMS scholarship needs to be renewed every year. you might not have renewed it. if you are getting through your institute then go and meet your respective faculty who deals with all these work and activities. ask him/her for not receiving the scholarship amount previous year. They will surely let you know what you missed.
you can also visit your state's NMMS helpdesk and put your query for more clarification.
