Sorry to say but you can not give Indian Institute Of Technology's exam.

The basic eligibility criteria to give this exam is the candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology.

As you have PCB so you are not eligible.
