According to TSICET 2021, candidates must have mathematics at 10+2(intermediate) level and with bachelors degree 45% result....

But according to you, you don't have mathematics at 10+2 so, I think you are not eligible for TSICET

Here is the eligibility criteria for TS ICET 2019.

The candidate whould have passed or be in the final year of a recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum theree years duration with a minimum of 50% marks. Also, Mathematics is a compulsory subject at 10+2 Level.

So, if you had Maths in your 12th and minimum 50% in your bca, then you are eligibile.
