sir , I am live in Delhi but my parents are from uttar Pradesh but they live in Delhi since 1992 . am I eligible from upsee in government college

Hey sweta,
You can give upsee exam in two cases
1) If you have studied from any of the Uttar  Pradesh Institution
2) If your parents are domicile of UP.
Since, your parents are from UP, you can give the exam but during verification you have to show them a proper certificate or any proof which confirm your parents are from UP.
