Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.
also if you are a 12th appearing student then also you can fill the neet form.so yes you are eligible to fill the neet 2020 application form.
but at the time of counseling you must have to provide your 12th class marksheet.

Students who are currently studying in class 12 and whose results will be out in 2020 are eligible to apply for NEET UG 2020. However, they can only apply for admissions to the MBBS and BDS courses. If you fail to clear your 12th standard, your admissions will be cancelled.
