Hello,

The benefit of one hour compensatory time is given to candidates who have atleast 40% impairment irrespective of the type of disability. Candidates who are visually impaired, dyslexic, have disability in the upper limbs or have lost hands/fingers thus preventing them to operate the computer based test can avail the services of scribe, for which one needs to opt for it during the registration of JEE Advanced.

You have to submit all the necessary certificates and documents to prove your claim for reservation along with a copy of PwD certificate which has to be uploaded during registration for entrance exam and request the Chiarman, JEE Advanced of the respective zonal co-ordinating  IIT in the prescribed format.
