sir, I am SC category & my AIR rank in jam 2018 mathematics is 2269. is there any chance to get IIT?

If we go by the last year's
Opening and Closing
Rank of JAM 2017
then there are very slim chanes of you getting an IIT with the rank of 2269 but you can get NITs.
