Hey, thank you for contacting us. Of course, you can fill for forms. If you are from a science background, you can either shift to arts, or commerce or stick with science if you choose to. To apply for schools and colleges you will need to have a good percentage. The admission will mostly be merit-based and their cutoff marks till the bachelor degree. I hope this helped.
