Yes, those appearing for class 12 examination and waiting for their result can definitely apply for both. If and once you qualify the exam, you will have to produce the class 12 exam mark sheets. The 10+2 result will be declared by that time.
For VITEEE 2018, applicants belonging to general category should have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the qualifying examination. While SC candidates have secured an aggregate of 50% in the above mentioned subjects.
For BITSAT 2018, candidates should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from recognised central or state board or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% in PCM taken together. In each subject candidates must have obtained at least 60%.
Once your eligibility is verified, and provided you secure the required score and rank, you can take part in the admission process.

Yes you should apply for bitsat and viteee as they provide you admsn in top 2 private college VIT and BITS
