It will sound little rude but you really need to work on your English grammar as you have asked the quaetion in hindi, so start reading English newspaper, Business Magazines. Because for MBA you need to have good English speaking and writing skills.

After you give your exams, according to marks and percentile you score, you apply for different Management institutes. And each Institute has their own Group Discussion and Personal Interview. After clearing this two rounds you get admission in Management B-School.
