You have 504 marks and you got esi medical college with this marks.  You should participate in further counselling rounds and you can have them as somewhat chances seems to be for you. 

There is difference of two marks only and  this marks remain varying  every year.  So you should try for that college in the counselling.

Dear Poorna, while it might just sound like a difference of just 2 marks, there will be a variation of atleast hundreds of ranks. And this year, ranks have taken over marks and considering that fact, it might be little tough. First, there should be someone who would vacate Osmania Medical College. Given its reputation, the only reason why someone might vacate that seat is because they were allotted a better seat in All India Counselling. And second, all the candudates who are ranked before you should not opt for OMC. These are the hypothetical situations and probabilities are 50-50.
