It isn't possible to tell you the exact marks with which you may get seat in MBBS in AIQ.But based on previous years cut off trends if you belong to general category then a score above 680 marks may give you decent chances of getting seat in government medical college.The cut off is different for each college and cut off is subjected to change.

It's very difficult to predict how much marks will you need to fetch a seat in government medical college under all india quota.
This is because, cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.


But as per previous  year all india quota cut off   trends, you should try to get at least around 650 to 680 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2020 examination .

For example, in neet 2018 , 613 marks was required for general category under all india quota for getting a seat in King George Medical University, Lucknow which is one of the top medical colleges in the country.
