494 is a good score and congratulations on that.
This score will definitely not get you a seat in Maulana Azad medical college, Delhi as last year's cutoffs for the reserved category (SC) for Delhi residents was 521. Under AIQ the cutoff for the same category was 580.

you might not get admission in mamc with 494 marks and bellonging to sc category. as per previous year the cut off mamc for sc was 521 amrks under state quota and 580 marks under all india quota. we are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending upo number of candidates, number of seats and difficuulty of paper. this is cut off is expected to rise little bit but we are not sure. so i would suggest to should keep more options as 494 is a great score.

First of all let me tell you that 494 is a good score but according to the previous years cutoff criteria it is not possible for you to get admitted to MAMC as the cutoffs are really high in MAMC every year.Last year the cutoff for SC category in MAMC was 580 so it is not possible to get MAMC with this score.
