As you’ve failed in Math in IPE, yoy are result will not be displayed in TS eamcet, your rank card is also not issued. Basically your rank is not given. However if you qualify in TS eamcet your rank is given and if you pass in IPE. You are elgible from second counselling. You have chance to choose web options colleges in second cousnelling. The TS eamcet results will be mostly released in first two weeks of june and counselling procedure will begin immediately. The TS inter supply results will be declared in the second week of june mostly after the decleration of TS eamcet results. so, you are not elgible for first round your are elgible from second counselling.
