Hey Siddhant! According to me you must go for your improvement marks while filling up the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains registration form as according to my knowledge if a candidate has applied for improvement and want to fill registration form he needs to submit his non improved marks. So after the declaration of results of improvement a candidate is free to use his improvement marksheet every where. Hope this may help you.
