sir i got 16725 in jee mains and i am obc category rank is 51513.will i get admission in any government college or any other colleges

I think that you need to be more descriptive because you said you got some 16k rank and your category is 51k and I don't think that It is possible in most of the cases I think both reverse. So please correct your question. And let me know in comment section if got it wrong.
