With 25000 rank, you have no chance of getting any any branch in any of the campuses.
And not sure about the jee-main perecentile since this is the first time they are taking admissons through jee-main score also. But getting branches like CSE,ECE with 95 in coiambtore would be difficult since the competition for it would be high.
