To grab a seat in medical college , you have approx 300 competitors . One seat and 300 competitors for governmetn college toiling hard to fetch that .

Adding to your second query . Yes ! you can get private college easily , For private college you just need to pass neet and you all done to get a seat but make sure you have good financial condition because private colleges ranges from 15 lakhs and go up with 30 lakhs per year
