Hii Pankaj.Your Percentile is low.Your board's marks are good,it means you have the potential to score good in JEE MAINS.Soyou should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations to score good next time to get good college.So,stay motivated and work hard.

Sir my percentile is 65 my crl rank is 4.16 lakhs and my category rank is 28000 i am eligble for any nit my caste is Sc

No,you cannot get any seats.If your luck is good then you might get some seats of lower ranked NITs from North-east.
