Well the cutoff for OBC-NCL category in 2019 JEE Main was 74.31 percentile, whereas you have acheived 90.76 percentile which much more than the required cutoff. So as per the rules you are JEE Main qualified and hence is eligible to get a seat in CSAB counselling. Now exactly which college or which branch you will get that depends on the counselling process, merit , seat availability etc. So better attend the CSAB counselling process and see what are you getting. Through CSAB you can get seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs,SFTIs and this particular counselling will begin after the completion of JoSAA counselling. Now as per your rank of 30224 under OBC-NCL category you are very likely to get a seat.
