Hi abhishek,
With this score getting admission into top nits is possible but with chemical engineering as a branch is
difficult.
As chemical engineering is one of the most sought branch in feild of engineering so it has high cutoff for students to pursue it in good nits.

Though by reference there are some nits you can still get seat into.
Nit surat in special round
Nit roulkela in special round
Nit nagpur
Nit jaipur
Nit calicut
Nit bhopal
Nit allahabad in special round

Hope it helps !!!
