Sir I got 422 marks in neet 2019 general category including defence quota ,will I able to get a govt. Seat in j&k

Hi,
The cutoff last year for govt. medical colleges in J&K last year for general category was above 425 marks for most colleges.
Since your marks are near the cutoff, it's difficult to say. You might be able to get a seat there as cutoffs vary each year.
You could also get dental colleges.
