The minimum score and rank to get admission in a government medical college Bhopal in the previous year 2018 under the State quota for the SC category was a rank of 47541 and 445 marks and in Jabalpur were 57215 rank and 429 marks. This year the scores have gone even higher. Considering that you've scored 474 marks, you might have a fair chance for admission in these  under the State quota. Other than these colleges, admission to other government medical colleges in MP would also have fair chances as their cut offs were lower.. Last year,  445 was required to fetch one a seat in the Gandhi medical college, Bhopal and 429 got a seat in Netaji subash Chandra Bose medical college and hospital, Jabalpur in SC category under the state quota.
