Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college but you do have some in private medical college under state quota ,but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.
