Sir I got 486 Marks in NEET..I am from AP..AIR 58124 and Category Rank 31306...I'm from Andhra Pradesh...Will I get seat here?

Please specify which category do you belong to as admission highly depends on it too.
With AIR 58124, if you belong to any scheduled category, then you have a decent chance of getting colleges like:
1. Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada
2. ACSR Govt Medical College, Nellore
3. SVIMS - Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women, Tirupati
If you are from UR category, then with this rank you can't get a seat in any government college in AP.
